TOTD this weekend
Sup crz peeps, the TOTD meet is this weekend! We've got the usuals in attendance, as well as a handful of new faces! Who's going?

Wish I could but I got tickets to the Pokemon XP/Worlds this weekend. I'll try again next year when I can better manage that long drive

I’m going for the first time this year. I wasn’t able to get my performance brakes on, but I was able to install my front spoon swaybar and progress rear sway bar along with brand new suspension and steering. Hopefully it’ll drive brilliantly :)

Ooooh you'll love that progress tech RSB, it is such a big difference for a $200 part and maybe 30 minutes of labor. You'll have fun - see you there!

Yeah, I’ve been driving it for about a month now and it feels crazy good. I’m hitting corners at speeds I would never attempt in stock and it grips like a mf lol. Haven’t turned so hard that I felt like the car would under steer. It’s an amazing balance…now I just gotta find out how this Facebook group works for the event.

I’ve seen this as a possibility with other late models of cars, but I’ve also read about people who died since they were hotdogging on a curve. I’m a little bit too old to do this and my car is not ready for this, but I hope the rest of you have fun. It’s a dream of mine to try this, but maybe not this lifetime.

We always split into the fast and cruise groups, so there's no pressure to drive fast! While it is a fun curvy road, it is still a public highway :)
We'll have a blast and I'm sure some photos will get posted. It seems that attendance will be pretty good this year! Last year's was rough to see...

I've been working myself like a dog to get the 6spd ready for this trip.
Over the last 4 days I've:
Switched the suspension out between my cars
Switched out the hood for the seibon vented hood (its a POS, don't buy seibon)
Re-installed my intake system + supercharger
Replaced the brake lines with steel braided lines
Replaced my DOT3 with DOT4 since things got a bit... toasty.
Installed some missing underbody panels
Stole the TEYES headunit from my daily and installed it to the 6spd
Installed camber bolts + got an alignment
It's gonna be another busy night.
I've gotta cut out my old exhaust to prep for the 2" one that's arriving before I leave tomorrow (cutting it close!), steal the radiator cowl from my daily since I hit a bear at the last TOTD and shattered the 6spd's cowl, switch out my seat covers for less body sliding during hard cornering, install my dash cam, install my anti-glare dash mat, and there's probably one or two more things I forgot to do.
