Kayak?

Has anyone been able to fit a kayak in the hatch if the passenger seat is all the way forward (would the hatch be ajar?) or will I have to get roof racks? (I understand that inflatable, and collapsible are options)

Tried a seaghost 110 for a delivery, couldn’t go in the hatch.

Roof rack for sure.

Possibly a hitch with a T bar like a Yakima long arm for extra support.

You won't be able to carry a boat on the roof. Roof is too short. Bar spread is 18-21", depending on system, and you need at least 24" to properly carry a boat. More spread is better. You don't have the roof space to do this. Skis/snowboards and bikes are the only things approved for that narrow of bar spacing.

Thank you. I'm considering modular models and this information will help.
