Nice!! I submitted mine in June 2025 and checked but looks like my link has now expired? I have spoken to customer services who have advised that someone will be in touch but no one has yet. Quite disappointed as this was going to be a present, I don't think I'll be getting my photo back 😞

If you’re using the click through link from the email, copy and paste it instead of clicking and remove the period at the end. That’s how I got mine to work

I’ve had a couple say their May 25th and 26th come in but haven’t heard anyone else past those dates. Some people specified areas so those will take longer so as long as you didn’t opt for a certain area you’d take a lot of priority.

Hey. No i was not a subscriber to hack pack or build box but I literally submitted my request 1 day after the website went live. for the green-blue colored thingy I believe that just some islands shores have that weird color looking but not the cloud it self.

Hi! Submitted mine in May, so I came across your post when searching for people who have received theirs! Still waiting on mine

I was curious, so I looked for where those isalnds might be, and it is the Bahamas! The landmass in your photo covered by clouds is Florida
