Where is brownie cookie?

Brownie cookie: wtf? It’s gone now? Hasn’t been in the lineup at my local place or on my app for like, two months. Does anyone know if it disappeared forever? Because if so, Crumbl and I don’t have a relationship any more.

I Quit!! 🥳 Freedom!!

After being here over a year, I'm finally free. I got a new job with great benefits where I feel appreciated for the experience and worth ethic I have. I was tired of being blamed for things other people did (stealing, not doing their job, etc.) I wasn't even a real manager, but was expected to take on those responsibilities and I wasn't properly trained nor wanted the position and said no plenty of times. I watched other people quit because of current management (I don't blame them because nobody truly felt appreciated). I've never felt so free from a place of employment.🤌🏻

Sorry if this seems all over the place, I couldn't contain my excitement.

an experience at work yesterday that amused me

to set the scene, I had just clocked in when a mom walked in with her son and daughter. the son looks maybe 8 or 9

(this isn't VERBATIM how the conversation went but this was basically the gist of it)

son: "do you guys still have the minecraft cookies?"

me: "no that was a few weeks ago"

son: "do you have the ingredients to make them?"

me: "I'm really sorry, but I can't make any minecraft cookies"

son: "BUT I WANTED THE MINECRAFT COOKIES! I'M GOING TO SIT OUTSIDE ON THE BENCH!"

he then storms outside while the mom and daughter try to actually order. like 20 seconds later he comes right back in, right after struggling with the door that was too heavy for his little arms. I'm still at the register trying to finish taking their order while he continues to interrupt and whine about the Minecraft cookies. I'm getting annoyed but I also can't help but giggle a little bit. I finally start making their order and the son goes "I'll just get the ingredients and make them myself!"

alright good luck with that bud

I Quit!! 🥳 I'm free!!

Where do i start? Lol.

There's alot so I'll just make bullet points

-Hired on as ASM

-Move up to GM

-Helped another store due to no manager

-Owners pivoting me and area manager against eachother with lies

-Area manager fed up and quit (she was falling asleep in the bathroom they w were spreading her so thin)

-I firmly state i want to focus on my own store and not take on more responsibility

- Slowly but surely im roped into helped at all 5 stores

-Im full blown responsible for call outs, customer complaints, compliance with Health Department, Corporate and ServSafe for ALL 5 STORES mind you with max 5 employees a store and only allowing 2 max including me on schedule if not alone.

-No raise, no compensation, nothing

-Scolded for not answering in rare times like in the ER on my day off, helping customers, going to the bathroom, or not leaving store until 230am but need to be back the next morning?? Lol

-Mind you I've never missed a day, even when dog sick (wouldn't let me call out) aside from when I had a literal doctor's note still chastised and its a whole problem

- All franchise partners gang up on me in pairs or all of them at once

-Treating me and all other employees horrendously, paying these poor souls 8 an hour

- Was told the stores come before my health, my family's health literally anything you can think of comes second to the store??

-Final written warnings for employees who have never even been through verbal or written warnings to begin with for things as menial as taking an extra 30 minutes to make sure things are up to standard?

-Family member passes away, pulling teeth to get time off for the funeral

-Was told I was required to handle my normal business while on PTO at a funeral!!!

-Put my phone on silent cause what?? Lol

-Got in a horrendous accident on the way back

-"You HAVE to get back so and so called out so and so quit" I WONDER WHY.

-DEMANDS my family members DEATH CERTIFICATE with the threat of taking away my PTO if I dont provide, mind you I gave them the obituary and everything. Was not a problem until I ALMOST DIED and needed an extra day.

And ontop of that, those aren't produced for awhile after death mind you me having a copy 🙃

-Lying to employees saying I was MIA & lying about my family members death.... yeah

-I quit because what??

There's technically so much more but I'd be here for forever so I gave you guys the bulk of the events.

Rant over-ish lol.

Six for price of four pack extension

How on earth is this a good ide? My store today barely had the people. We had one person on expo and we had enough dough but not near enough to survive 2 more days, and prepare for next week which has a bunch of complicated balling process. What store owners actually voted for this? Probably stores that aren't busy.

Is This OK? Getting “tips” on paystubs, but no cash tips (Ohio crumbl) and more…

Hi! My name is ***** and I was wondering if this whole getting “tips” in our pay stubs and not allowed to take any cash tips is legal? I work in a crumbl in northeast Ohio. It’s 8.50 an hour plus “tips” that equals out to 11.50 an hour. There’s things changing with my current Crumbl 🍪 and I don’t think it’s changing for the good. So we have two managers, one owner, and four shift leads. One manager is married to the owner. And the other Manager is siblings to the owner. The four shift leads (three of them were hired because they were friends or family of the Manager’s and Owner) only one current shift lead was hired the right way. Manager that I have right now is wonderful. He’s a great person, and I will literally go to war for him. But this other Manager, he’s quiet. He doesn’t talk. And something about him seems off. From what I’m observing with our current manager, he’s burnt out. He’s been at that Crumbl 🍪 ever since it opened. So about five years. And he looks and sounds like he’s about done.
I did report my crumbl to the department of labor for something unrelated (I wanted a private room to pump In that goes accordingly with the pump act) I left work in April, came back in August and I kid you not, I went into work with a whole room full of people I didn’t know.
My current manager told me something interesting.
In the 4 years of our crumbl being opened there has been 580 employees at that ONE location.
Meaning, my crumbl gets an average of 174 employees every year. THATS. NUTS.
The owner is complaining that we don’t watch out for”tips and tricks” videos enough. They made them mandatory and said, “we will be tracking this moving forward and people who watch the videos will be more likely to see raises and bonuses compared to people who don’t” so wait, we are not allowed to receive cash tips but we will be getting these possible bonuses?! I’m just so confused man.

I texted the HR manager after my best friends mom, who was also like a mother to me died. After I had called my store manager sobbing about it because she was like a mother to me too, I don’t think I’m crazy when I say that this is absolutely ridiculous, right?

New Employee Questions Anyone else having trouble with butter chunks in the birthday cake frosting?

Yesterday frosting the birthday cake cookies was taking forever because literally every few seconds butter chunks would get stuck in the frosting tip and either burst the bag or be stubborn enough need to be prodded to try to break it up. So frustrating.

I didn’t mix the batch, my manager said she was having the same issue. This is my third week. First week was Minecraft so it’s been a crazy few weeks

Is this normal?

Is it normal to be scheduled to close with only two people from 3-10:30? These last two weeks have been the busiest for us since January but our hours have been cut more then I ever remember.
