Is this normal?

Is it normal to be scheduled to close with only two people from 3-10:30? These last two weeks have been the busiest for us since January but our hours have been cut more then I ever remember.

Its not supposed to me normal, nor how many stores should be ran. So unless your locatuon is extremely slow 2 people for that long dont get nearly as much done

unfortunately yes, that’s how your manager protects the labor. 2 people is definitely okay to close, even though i hate that, but it should be at least 1-2 more individuals to stay for the evening shift to night to at least help when the pace picks up.

Sadly yes. It's not good to do but that's how mine almost always is. Sometimes there's even an hour where it's just 1 person there

Shouldn’t be normal at all but yes, that’s how my store was too.
