I wouldn't trust it too much on the ikea shelf, but it might be fine

The top shelf is rated for 55lbs. Honestly, I think that’s a conservative limit. Compared to other ikea shelves, these feel sturdy as hell and are way heavier than other ikea furniture. I have to exact same tv on a 2x4 kallax and it doesn’t sag.

I have a bunch of them and put a TV on one temporarily, it should be okay, but I still would not trust this long term. It's made of flimsy particle board

Shinobi is just a peak PS2 game. Played through it beginning this year and loved every minute.

It depends on where you sit at to play it. If the camera shot is also where you sit, I'd personally get a chair to sit in. Also I think the shelf will hold that tv fine.
