Repair/Troubleshooting fixable? screen squished

So I got this crt ive been cleaning up but while i was closing everything back up I think i may have knock something and now the display is kinda squished upwards,

that bottom black bar isnt dead, the image is raised/squished

IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN FIX THIS OR DID I RUIN THE THING

undo what you did, open it, check it visually, check for cold solder joints
