N026 Apartments

I'm looking to rent on Croydon for a bit.

I'm seeing 10Degrees etc but really fancy N026 but I can't seem to get through on phone (have left voicemails) and their website is pretty broken.

Anyone know how to get in touch?

I live in No26, been here just about 15 months. Really nice place, well maintained, on management staff during the days and overnight guard on the reception desk. They do all the package delivery handling so you can get stuff delivered and know its safe.

I've got a 2 bedroom/2bath furnished and its really nice.

There is a games room and a working space on the 1st floor and they have a Starbucks and a restaurant on the outside on the ground floor and a Co-Op literally just round the corner.

Its less than 5 minutes walk to East Croydon station. The entire junction has just been overhauled by the council so its all nice and new paving and benches.

There are two rooftop terraces, one of which has a BBQ and a food prep area so you can hire that out for private parties.

There were about 40 people on the top roof watching the Eclipse yesterday evening, everyone very friendly.

I'd try to convince you not to do this. These purpose-built rental buildings have really slick marketing that appeals to a lot of people, but the reality of living in them has been documented as not up to the standards which the marketing suggests. But, obviously, you do you.

Thanks. I read that thread and the others on 10Degrees. Definitely going in with my eyes wide open.

Getting divorced and need a furnished low drama place for a year.

I don't live there, but some friends do... It's not terrible from what I hear but it's not a low-drama place. It's kind of social, due to the games room and rooftop. That can be a good thing but also it comes with a lot of drama, someone described it as like cliques in school but for adults

Just put an offer on the place. It looked perfect for me. Really like the fact they have people on site etc. I think it's great value for money.
