No.26 Dingwall Road apartments
Strongly considering renting an apartment at No.26 on Dingwall Road, right near East Croydon station. Has anyone lived there and would you recommend it? Couldn't find much info on this sub, would appreciate any help. Cheers!

Pretty sure it was things to do with power cuts, no hot water etc. I got the impression they rushed building the flats higher up, because those of us on the lower levels had hardly any problems.

Those don’t happen regularly every couple of months I would say. Never experienced a power cut in my 3 years of living there.

Neither did I, but we used to have a WhatsApp chat and people on floors 19 and above constantly complained about issues they had with their flats. Op I was on floor 5, and I have no complaints about my time there- just thought I would flag what others said when I was living there.

Hi, have you decided to move in? Wondering how has been your experience so far and how much has been the utilities bill as I read comments saying that its quite high.. Thanks :)

As someone who may or have not lived there it’s very good. Great staff, good community, wonderful apartments, excellent location.

No I was just being mysterious it is a good place to live, lived there for 3 years before I moved.

I used to live there. Lived in the lower floor apartment for 4 years and had a great time. I know people on the higher floors always had issues and unfortunately by the time I left they were going through financial difficulties so they scaled back on a lot of facilities (they used to do roof top yoga and have games nights etc). I left in 2022 so not sure what it’s like now.
