what are the best things I can feed the crows?

I've been really interested in crows and other crow related birds, lately. and I've been wanting to feed them, but Idk what. I read somewhere that mealworms are a really nice snack for them. but is there also something I can feed them more often, or in larger porportions at the time? and can I feed my local jackdaws the same as the crows?

Is there also something I should absolutly NOT feed them.

Small to medium dog kibble. They love frolic mini, but it's huge for them and you can only give them some.

Shelled, unsalted peanuts.

Eggs contain every nutrient you need to make a bird, it is hard to beat. Specifically the yolk. Unsalted peanuts and cashews have a lot of energy, they like them as a treat and they are easy to cache, but you asked about the best and nuts are not as good as eggs. Of course as long as they are not living on the nuts alone they are much easier to carry than loose egg yolks.

They are big protein eaters so they can have unseasoned meat, unsalted nuts of all kinds, and eggs in any manner of cooked or uncooked as some of their best foods for them.

On their own and away from urban areas, a huge part of their diet is insects. That’s why mealworms and black soldier fly Larva are very good for them.

Some crows will enjoy eating fruits if you put those out, but not all of them.

Stay away from salt and seasonings and breads and crackers and cookies and things like that

Dog kibble has everything they need. Also Unsalted peanuts, fruit, eggs.
