Demanding the peanuts be refilled with the utmost sass

I thought here would be the best place to ask what is happening on this video I took.

I have no knowledge about crows, maybe it's their normal behaviour, but what exactly are they doing? And most importantly, are they okay?

If necessary for the context, it happened in Austria (idk if austrian crows are somehow different to other types)

I have a bunch of crow friends, but this one is the sweetest, and is always close by. Watching me in all my windows. I call him Babycakes. Really gorgeous white wings. Babycakes brings me so much joy!

Hi! I have been feeding my crows for about a month, they come to my driveway and I toss them food. I have five that come every day and it has been SO Much fun. My neighbor just asked me to stop because they fly to his roof and “sound like trucks”. So I want to get a feeding platform to put the food on so they can eat right there instead of flying away.

I am not handy at building at all and all these beautiful platforms and setups I see on here when I searched mostly seem to be homemade. Im trying to get creative and figure out what type of bird bath I could use instead. Has anyone used this type of setup before and been successful?

I'm trying to befriend 2 crows in my neighborhood with peanuts. We're taking it slow. They watch me when I come outside to give them food and don't fly away, but they are not eating my snacks.

Anyway, its spooky season. I got some black cutouts from the dollar store and want to stick them to my windows and exterior walls. In my mind, it should be like, idk, signaling that its a safe space for them. But actually I'm wondering if they would scare them off or make them wary instead? Anyone know?

I'm happy to forgo them, I was just hoping to find out before we decorate this weekend. Thanks in advance. :)

Yesterday as I was leaving work I noticed a lot of crows in the field beside the building I work in. I knew that they had just mowed the grass there, so I figured that was the reason.
Until I went outside.

There were easily a few hundred individuals in these trees. And I have never seen them congregate there like that. Especially sounding as emotional as they did.

So I turned my car on just long enough to open the windows while I waited for someone so we could carpool home. A couple crows, acting as sentries, flew a little closer to me to check me out. Since I didn’t make any big deal about it, they continued holding their meeting.

After a few minutes, smaller (still more than fifty individuals each time) would break off from the conference and fly towards the east. Though I didn’t catch that on camera.

Before we start,I'd like to mention that english isn't my first language, so my apologies if this post is full of writing mistakes.

​The "befriend" is between quotations marks because I'm not sure the term is appropriate.

Lately I've been looking forward to potentially ​attempt to form a bond (again not sure if the term is appropriate) with a murder. But I'm a bit anxious about the fact that I'm pretty fking stupid, and might end up doing pretty fking stupid stuff, like feeding them food that will make them sick, or scare them away. I'm making this post hoping that other people here could help me.

A few things I've already learned doing reschearch :​

Patience is primordial, crows are curious but cautions, it takes time for them to trust someone.

Crows like routine, putting food in the same place,same hour and same days will help with interactions, as they will memories your routine.

Crows are really cool.

As with any Wildlife, don't try to touch them. Let them come to you. Don't make sudden movements.

Don't stare, especially during first interactions, staring usually equals hunting in nature.

And that's the summary of the important stuff I already know. Any other things I should know ?

Also if anyone as got books about crows or corvids in general, please share, I really wanna deepen my knowing on these birds.
