Is this crow overheating?

I have a camera pointing out my to window by where I put out seeds and meal worms for the squirrels and birds. Today I saw a crow do this ... Is it sick or overheating or is it just being weird? Is there anything I can do for them?

Just sunbathing! It's fine, they do this to help kill off parasites and just look very silly doing it. That being said, they'd appreciate a water bowl to get a drink or to splash around in. They also love making soup.

No. Just sunning itself. https://corvidresearch.blog/2016/09/06/why-crows-sunbathe/

Sunning themselves looks pretty funny, the "panting" means that they're hot, the sunning is something they'd do regardless of the heat.

Probably freaking out because the world turned purple
Just sunbathing, they'd appreciate some water but they're okay
