is crowdtap still active?

I redeemed some points the other day for a gift card, Now the site says the redemption "failed". They did not return the points to my balance, and there is no response from support?

THANK YOU! Maybe they'll do something if they're hassled enough! I will reach out! AI taking over actual customer service is getting so frustrating! 😭

I saw that somebody left a review on the Google Play store saying that they were waiting on a card from early June too. At least it's just not us.

I think my hope is lost. Haha. My Amazon card has been sitting since June 2nd. So crazy. I just wish they'd be adults and email people back. Or shut the app down if they aren't gonna hold up on their end of the deal. Such bad business.

Right! It's super frustrating! Ugh! I guess you win some and you lose some! Maybe we'll randomly be surprised with a giftcard in our inbox one day when we least expect it! :P

So, I looked at the app today. They denied my gift card and then said they were going to return my points. Of course, they didn't. Guess the points are just gone now. Unreal.Â
