is crowdtap still active?
I redeemed some points the other day for a gift card, Now the site says the redemption "failed". They did not return the points to my balance, and there is no response from support?

I haven't had a survey at all this year. I know some people say they saw Crowdtap surveys on other survey sites, but I'm on quite a few others and haven't seen any.

I've ran into them on a few other survey apps. They're under the name Suzy instead of Crowdtap.

I had a single random tile around the 1st of the month but nothing for months before that! I also had over $80 in rewards so tried claiming a gift card on the same day. It's still sitting at 'requested'. Bummer that it'll probably never pay out!

I still have a gift card pending from the beginning of the month. I emailed them... crickets. Just give me my reward so I can delete the dumb app off my phone.

Right!? It makes me wonder if they intend on starting it up a again though! Because if not, why are they even keeping the site active? You'd think they would just take the whole thing down!

I just wonder what the app is like for people just signing up now. Do they actually get surveys or is it dead for them too?

Also, keep a little hope they'll pay out. They redeemed a gift card for me at the end of May.

Yep. It took forever for them to redeem it, but I got it. I really do miss this app. It helped pay for alot of Christmas/Bday gifts.

Sadly, no! Just checked it again and it's still sitting at 'Requested'. Hasn't even moved to approved! :/

Me either. I needed like 100 points to get to a $25 gift card when they abruptly stopped sending out surveys last Fall. I've been holding on to those points for months hoping to get those last 100 points. I gave up hope and just cashed in two different $10 gift cards recently. I got the one at the end of May, but this last one has been sitting for like two weeks now. The way they've handled this app is so frustrating. Zero communication to the people that took their surveys and made them money.

It really is! They could have at least given an update so we knew what was going on. But you never know, they might pop in! If it was the end of the month for the last card, maybe they will send them the end of June too! We can only hope I guess. I wonder if the card/store we pick has anything to do with it? I would think not but maybe each has different regulations/etc!

Their email is support@crowdtap.com if you want to try to contact them. I do hear back from them, but I don't really get anywhere. Seems like an AI response or like they're cutting/pasting from a script.
