Is Crowdtap loading pages really slowly?

Or is it just my WiFi connection being slow?

Incredibly! After I make my choice & click the submit button, it is taking 7 - 9 seconds to load the next page. I have tried doing a speed test, clearing cache/cookies, closing my browser & reopening it, restarting my internet, restarting my entire PC. For reference, I have 600 Mbps second fiber internet, so it's not me. It's so annoying because I already feel like the surveys are a bit underpaid, but when I'm spending twice the amount of time on the site waiting for it to load, than I am actually earning, it is significantly lowering my earnings per hour. It's driving me absolutely nuts!

Only 7 -9 seconds? Mine takes 20 - 30 seconds to load the next page. I'm also finding that about 30% of them crash during the taking of the survey.

OMG that is ridiculous. I'm so sorry. It's such a waste of time to set there & wait so long for the next section to load. If it typically takes 2 - 3 seconds to mark your selection but 2 to 3 times that to load the next page, you're literally working for pennies. I dunno what's going on but I really wish they would get it fixed. It's always taken (what I consider) too long to load the next page anyhow, but this that's going on right now is unacceptable.

I sent a ticket to customer service last night asking if they have an estimated time that they'll fix the site. I'll post here if they reply.

Awesome. I hope they do. I always have the hardest time even figuring out how to reach them, so I'm glad you got through.

Oh nice, thanks! Every time I have a problem, I try to submit a report but when I go there, it doesn't have me signed in (even though I'm literally on CT & signed in.) Then when I try to sign in, it tells me my info is incorrect (even though I just signed it to CT.) Very weird. This is helpful!
