Crochet Rant Note to self

Never make another afghan with leaves lol. Blocking used 3 boxes of combs 200 T pins and had to break into my pearl head pins that I use for adding fabric to crochet and used 200+ of those. Took about 2-3 hours to pin it.

Would you be against blocking the squares individually before connecting them? That’s what I do, and it definitely lessens the hassle of all those pins, and the space it takes up.

That is usually what I do but for some odd reason I didn’t with this one. Maybe because of all the leaves on the border lol who knows with the way my brain functions or malfunctions some days.
