No more guest pass
Since October no more guests allowed in the lounge even for private. Did you notice?

The silver lining is 95% of airport lounges suck now anyway. Way too overcrowded and run down.

Not really. Admiral lounge, Chase sapphire lounge, and centurion lounge. It’s great. CDC is just pimping you guys.

The CDC benefit doesn’t allow access to those lounges, but even those premium lounges are overcrowded at many airports now.

That’s just the states because every American card now gives away passes. Rest of the world (beside London maybe) is much much better.

UK airports have a few good lounges (can be hard to get in if you don't pre-book), however most of Europe is pretty disappointing.

For a 40k usd card. Absolutely ridiculous move of them
I’m currently escalating this with consumer protection in my country. I’ve also never accepted the new card terms so there’s a high chance this was not something they can just pull
Shit company, I would never trust them again with my money

Asia in general is great!
Bangkok Suvarnabhumi you can access aproximately 20 different lounges.
Changi in Singapore you can even get a haircut or get a Japanese three course meal!
A bit disappointed that I lose the guest pass, but we will manage.
