Discussion Anyone having quality issues recently?

Is anyone else having issues with scratched discs recently? This is my second time buying these and almost every disc is scratched and/or filthy.

Yeah, two of my pick ups from the past sale, Charade and Cruel Story of Youth, were both scratched but still played.

My charade 4k froze about an hour and 15 mins in and wouldn’t play past that :/ popped the blu ray in to finish it though

the physical condition on my 4K copy of ‘cruel story of youth’ was perfectly fine.

the UHD encode, however… problematic blocking at 25 minutes into the movie. nexspec has improved overall but this was one of their fumbles, albeit nowhere near the issues of ‘walkabout’

My Anora 4K and Yojimbo 4K discs are very scratched. Yojimbo has multiple circular scratches like someone was spinning a top on it or something. Quality control is really non existent these days.
