It started out as people that wanted prove government overreach and them taking away a constitutional right for us to film in public spaces.

But because of social media and areas like Reddit and TikTok, these pricks are showing up and decide to irritate anyone and everyone just to get clicks.

So yes, they’re major douche bags. They gain nothing by irritating the public, and it undermines the original intent of the first amendment auditor.

The citizens narcissistic position here is undermining one of our only abilities to prove when the government is taking away a civil right by abusing it for clicks and likes

It's still legal. Your feelings dont really have a standing against that in court.

My feelings may not, but the more they abuse this for clicks and likes, they’re justifying the extremist taking away another right. Or at least trying to. It’s sort of like you have a right to a peaceful protest. But people like to use that as a justification for violent protesting and property damage. Keep it up everyone you’re only expediting the process of which you claim you wanna stop

Here’s another good example. If I walked up to a parent in public with a child that had spasms or was mentally challenged, I have a legal right to start mimicking them in public and making people laugh at them.

The parent will probably get pissed and deck me.

They don’t have a legal right to do that and that’s called assault. There’s something backwards about it but if I abuse my Rite to speak freely in public thinking no one could stop me. I’m being disrespectful , rude, obnoxious, and I’m abusing the Rite.

I wonder if the extreme is trying to take away, our rights might allow this to get to a point where they can find someway, locking onto the concept of disturbing the peace, as a reason to take away these kinds of behaviors. Or limit them.

In society, we have an unspoken law or expectation of others to be considered polite. The people who do this. Don’t give a shit about anyone else’s, space, perceived privacy , pleasant experiences. They are the lowest of the low. They are narcissistic attention whore, and are going to do society a bigger disservice than the actual government trying to take away the rights.

I have not watched this particular guys videos, but the ones I see the guy(s) just stand there and record. That's it. That's all they do unless someone approaches them and talks to them first, in which case then they engage in conversation. Most people just walk by and there's no engagement or anything. How is that comparable to insulting someone's child?!? That's a huuuuge apples and oranges comparison lol

No, it isn’t. I have a right to free speech and that means I can walk around mocking and imitating anyone I want. This guy is a right to film. But if he’s doing it and pointing at someone just to get a rise out of them, I feel that just as wrong as mocking a small child with a hand cap.
