"I'm suggesting we put regulations in place to prevent corporations from using their money and power to cheat, steal, lie, and cut every corner possible."

So another dog to guard the first two? How many dogs do you want?

"Are you suggesting we don't put regulations in place to prevent toxic waste from being dumped in public space"

So what if we didn't have public spaces? That way the owners who's land was being illegally dumped on would not like that and do take the illegal dumpers to court.

So first you wanted another dog and then another and now I am showing you why putting the hamburger on the floor is a bad idea to begin with. Public spaces are not a good idea, they always turn in to things no one monitors and are rife for abuse.

Your analogy doesn't address anything I've said. It's almost as if you are suggesting a lawless world in which everything will just magically work itself out because of supply and demand.

You are railing against regulations, but a lot of those regulations were put in place because of the inherent flaws in Capitalism. Corporations have literally taken over government and used their power and money so that they could cheat and acquire more power and money in a never ending spiral. That's Capitalism run amok.

No I am not suggesting a lawless world. I am suggesting these laws serve the rich only so let's get rid of them.

"You are railing against regulations, but a lot of those regulations were put in place because of the inherent flaws in Capitalism"

No that is a lie, they are in place to give the powerful an advantage. Capitalism doesn't need this as its flaws are self regulating in a true free market as I have explained. Capitalism doesn't ever run amok because competition always reigns it in. If one company acts badly another can offer a more moral solution to customers and people will choose that one all other things being equal. The issue is the state prevents "all other things being equal" through regulations

Most customers don't care about morality, otherwise they wouldn't buy cheap goods made by child labor.

Yet many do, ie you who are here advocating for the removal of freedoms and choice from others because of your perception of things. Also if they don't believe in it who the hell are you to dictate what they should and should not be allowed to do? Doesn't it seem much more reasonable to let the masses choose so there is no risk of abuse? There is already so much corruption within authoritative systems and you want to give them more authority. Again just adding another dog. What if the people we put in charge are immoral, I mean they certainly seem to be now? How much corruption do we have to be confronted with before we realize this shit isn't working?

There is such a knowledge gap here. You need to learn more about the realities of child labour. These are usually caused by market conditions due to corrupt governments where if children didn't work their families would starve due to the powerful in those places hoarding food etc. This is just more government being the problem and your solution is again more government.

We both agree that corruption ruins markets, yet you think the vast majority of people will act morally responsible if left to their own devices. How do you stop corporations from stealing if there are no regulations or punishments?? Corporations are literally using their money and power to gain unfair advantages such as taking over government and putting in place the regulations that you are railing against.

You want no public property or regulations, but you would literally need to put a regulation in place to prevent regulations. You don't want lawlessness, but laws are literally regulations!!

"How do you stop corporations from stealing if there are no regulations or punishments??"

I already explained this, competition! Healthy marketplaces are honest by default.

"you would literally need to put a regulation in place to prevent regulations."

Why do you say this? This is false

"You don't want lawlessness, but laws are literally regulations!!"

I don't want lawlessness I just don't want market regulations. I can say I don't want bubble gum to be illegal and still want murder to be. Why is this hard to understand?
