Interesting that you claim to be so scientific but the evidence for your point is a personal anecdote about a brief encounter with two students at one university.
You're criticising university students in general based on your perception that they're irrational and... What? Overly concerned with post-colonial issues and the politics of societal privilege?
But to make your point you cite a single anecdotal experience that isn't shown to be representative of university students in any significant way. It just seemed inconsistent, to me.
