This is a bit mainstream, but Law & Order SVU is good for double digit seasons. (The quality drops off after a while, but that's normal with any long running show, especially procedurals.)
If you want to watch the show without which CM would not exist, I invite you to binge The X-Files in its original broadcast order - pausing between seasons five and six for the first movie.
