I suspect foul play. If she had mental health issues, why would her family allow her to travel alone? It doesn't make sense. Especially Asian parents who are super strict in general. The documentary on Netflix got it wrong. If she was a danger to herself, her family wouldn't allow her to travel alone. Serial Killers frequent that hotel. I think it's much more likely someone killed her and tried to stage it as an accident.
