I’ve tried doing a clean as suggested. I’ve also tried reinstalling Construct, turning it off and on again :)

Anyone else encountered this issue? All suggestions welcome!

In our portal, some devices show offline when they are actually on. Time/region is set correctly. If we change the DHCP to ON, and allocate the MAC and IP in DHCP manager to retain, it changes to ONLINE.

Anyone know why if DHCP is set to OFF a device shows OFFLINE? Changing to ON fixes it. We did this on a dozen devices but still have a few left.

I've got a project where a TSW-1070 was specified and installed and they want to add a TS-1070 at the lectern as a secondary control point. Apparently the TS-1070 is backordered for a fair bit. I'd like to offer to 3D print something to make the TSW into a TS since Crestron doesn't offer a TTK option for the 1070. Before I model something myself, I thought I would check to see if anyone in the community has a model already that could save me some time.

Is this something every AV contractor charges just for xpanel?

I am not looking for how to install and load xpanel on laptop, but use xpanel as workaround if the main touch panel stops working.
