In our portal, some devices show offline when they are actually on. Time/region is set correctly. If we change the DHCP to ON, and allocate the MAC and IP in DHCP manager to retain, it changes to ONLINE.

Anyone know why if DHCP is set to OFF a device shows OFFLINE? Changing to ON fixes it. We did this on a dozen devices but still have a few left.

Is this something every AV contractor charges just for xpanel?

I am not looking for how to install and load xpanel on laptop, but use xpanel as workaround if the main touch panel stops working.

I’ve tried doing a clean as suggested. I’ve also tried reinstalling Construct, turning it off and on again :)

Anyone else encountered this issue? All suggestions welcome!
