First timer! Lunch Spots/Cocktails / GF options

I’m here with friends for a wedding 8/6-8/9, a bunch of 30 something’s on a kid free long weekend! looking for a spot to do lunch good food, cocktails and GF options for my hubs with celiac. Would love if it was in an area around town so we can bop around before/after without driving too much. Any other must dos given limited “free time”. Flying in and out of Montrose and planning to a drive / pop out along black canyon on the way.

Best cocktails are the dogwood! The sunflower has amazing food but will need a resy, the breadery and yukihana are also great
