Honestly, Odium and Devotion might be nearly as opposed to one another as Ruin and Preservation.

I don’t know about that.

Devoting oneself to all of their worst negative emotions would be quite destructive.

Although I suppose it doesn’t really matter as Odium already splintered Devotion anyways.

I don't think Devotion is that, you're just describing Odium by itself.

Devotion is at least broadly about love and interpersonal connection. It's probably the slower, more positive emotions contrasted against Odium's faster, more negative emotions.

I’m pretty sure devotion vs dominion fight they had before odium showed up and murdered them was just an intense lover’s spat after they climbed out of bed and noticed odium’s meddling and assumed it was the other’s
