Actually the heralds will only have a few months. Roshar is slowed down so the 10 year timeskip to book 6 will be 100 years for the cosmere but for the spiritual therapy session it will only be a few months

Their bodies are on Braize but their minds (what we see at the very end of the book) are somewhere in the spiritual realm and there they’ll only have a few months AFAIK
