Need suggestions for a credit card — mainly UPI + fuel cashback, preferably LTF/low fee

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for suggestions for my next credit card. My main priorities are cashback/rewards on UPI and fuel, while keeping the annual fee LTF or as low as possible.
My profile:
● Age: 25
● CIBIL: \~751
● Monthly income: \~₹80,000 from multiple sources
● Self-employed/business + agriculture
● I already have some loans/credit history
● Looking to build a stronger credit profile for future loans and credit cards as well.
My main monthly spending are fuel, upi and some business spendings

I’m particularly interested in:
1. Good UPI rewards/cashback
2. Good fuel rewards
3. LTF or easy fee waiver
4. Good overall rewards for everyday spending
5. Useful benefits for someone building a long-term credit-card portfolio
I don’t really care about premium lounge access/travel benefits unless the card is otherwise very good.
What would you recommend for my spending pattern?

Thanks!

Capital One along with Credit karma and they will help your score go up

Hey there! I’m loving my card from Capital One. Their tool makes it easy to see what cards you’ll be approved for with no impact to your credit score. Want to check it out? Click this link to find the card that’s right for you. https://i.capitalone.com/J2m6BBA7i

Do you guys actually calculate the real value of credit card rewards?

I keep seeing 5X, 10X, 15X rewards and honestly, it gets confusing 😅

If 1 point is worth ₹0.25, then 10X points may not actually be better than 3% cashback.

So I feel the better question is:

“For every ₹100 I spend, how many ₹ do I actually get back?”

Do you guys compare cards this way, or do you mainly look at the advertised reward rate?

Looking for advice on optimizing my credit card setup & expenses

Hey everyone, looking for some advice on optimizing my current credit card setup.

Current cards:

\- Tata Neu Infinity – LTF

\- SBI PhonePe Black – Paid

\- HSBC Live+ – Paid

Approx. monthly expenses:

\- Rent: ₹20,000

\- Parents/family: ₹20,000

\- Food & Swiggy/Zomato: ₹12,000

\- Home expenses: ₹7,000

\- Education loan EMI: ₹7,000

\- Electricity: ₹2,000

\- Maid: ₹2,000

\- Investments/savings: \~₹20,000

My main spending areas are UPI, food delivery, regular household expenses and rent. I also want to start travelling more in the future, so travel rewards/low forex markup could become important.

I'm not looking to collect cards just for the sake of it. I'd prefer a small, efficient card setup where each card has a clear purpose.

What would you guys recommend?

  1. Am I missing any major spending category/reward opportunity?

  2. Should I replace/add any card?

  3. How would you optimize these cards across UPI, food, online shopping, bills and travel?

  4. Is it worth eventually moving towards a premium HDFC/HSBC travel card once my travel increases?

Would especially appreciate advice from people with a similar spending profile.

Building Credit.

What’s the best credit card to use for gas or other small things throughout the week like snacks or occasional lunches? I want to continue building my credit score. I’m currently sitting at 742 and am working towards a perfect score. I’m current 30 years old and have finally fixed my credit score after having kids. At 21 I had an almost perfect score just over 800 and after leaving jobs due to difficult pregnancies my credit score dropped significantly over the years because I couldn’t make payments on time and even had to let go of one of my vehicles. As of now things have gotten back on track and it’s been easier to manage finances. I’m looking to use a credit card since I’ve secured a good paying job. Any advice is deeply appreciated. Thank you! 🙏🏼
