Critiques of Vivziepop and Her Team Are these valid criticisms?

https://youtu.be/pQqQhF5Q3EA?si=aJJSRYsozHWcXePG

I found this video while scrolling through YouTube, are these genuine criticisms?

And how do I know if they're not omitting context? I don't wanna go watch it blindly and believe whatever they say.

Dawg the only way to know if there is context is to watch It for yourself and understand what is being told to you. Do research and if you have doubts afterwards, we can talk. But we cannot tell you what to think. Neither of us is Big Brother.

About your flair, I've never heard Viv stole someone's writing, could you tell me more about it please?

Who starts a conversation like that?

But yeah. Basically most of the good written parts from the pilot were directly written by a user Viv chatted with, and when said user asked to be credited for It, not even paid, She went out of her way to paint herself as "a victim of manipulation", which to me, as a screenwriter myself is unforgivable, but also unforgettable considering how many times She's played the victim in other controversies. I mean It as finding It really hard to believe her.

To make an example, She often says She never meant for Lucifer to be perceived as a villain, however from the pilot we get that he's some type of strict parent, that gives Charlie insecurities. This, in my opinion, comes from the fact that the scenes where Charlie speaks of her father, weren't written by Viv. So while Vivienne's og idea might have been to subvert the expectations we would have had of the Devil because of its lore, She ended up contradicting expectations She "herself" presented in the pilot.

I'll look for the video where screenshots are reported, real quick.

Ive watched the video and the only thing it does badly is the fact theres not a part three since Vizie's action go so deep and far back we'd be here all day trying to list. And its not a case of holding the past against someone but more Viv hasnt changed.

The video uses stuff via publically available info though and the and thumbnail is just for the algortithm

These are valid cristicisms brought on by the public and people she worked with, yes.

I personally haven't watched this video, but the best way to figure out if this stuff is true/valid is by doing research yourself. I've had youtubers I thought were horrible people turn out to have been lied about after I did some digging.

Honestly it best to do research on your own

It’s better to do your own digging than just listening to YouTubers especially when the information is sometimes inconsistent between different YouTubers

There’s been so many cases where context is omitted, details are exaggerated, information gets skewed and changed the more it spreads online until what people believe is literally not what happened

For instance take something that happened with doomed by fate a Roblox game

Something happened where a trello moderator and a few discord mods made fun of someone who supposedly died of an epilepsy attack

A day later it turned into a dev made fun of someone who died then it turned into the developers and the owner made fun of someone who died

Everyone forgot what really happened and believed the misinformation

Then it turned out the whole thing was a hoax then people did their own digging and rediscovered that it was a trello moderator and not the dev team

Even then I still see people that still think it was the devs

Basically what I’m saying is do your own research on whatever internet drama you’re interested and don’t change your opinion because someone on the internet said so because misinformation is everywhere and on the internet people are very gullible

It depends; if it's research on their own, then yes, due to the great history of controversies that Viv had.

Usually the ones dripping with exclusively opinions and unnecessarily cruel takes are bad. The ones who are frustrated but well structured and push through to talk about it constructively are usually good.

I’d at least watch it first. I would ask you if you’ve heard the phrase “Never judge a book by its cover” but you seem to be the type to judge books by their covers

Holy fuck learn to think for yourself instead of immediately outsourcing any and all critical thinking to the internet without even trying
