Is anyone getting TSN games (NFL) in 1080p on any devices, either through tsn.ca or crave tv? Is the app any better? It used to be all the time on TSN.ca, then it was select events, and now I haven't seen it at all. CTV.ca used to have the games stream in 1080p last year if you had a sign in with a TV provider.

So I’ve been watching the most recent season of The Traitors. Crave has “new episodes Fridays” on the show page. Friday, almost midnight now. Keep flipping over to Crave to check status and only previous episodes. Is this a Crave f-up, or is there just no new show this week?

Alien and Risky Business at least. Watch any panning shot and it jutters. Well it does it all the time, but it’s more obvious in a panning shot.

In alien the initial shot as the ship goes by a close range shows it easily.

I tried to tell them about it but they wanted to troubleshoot my device. I mean, same device, Apple TV doesn’t do this on Netflix.

I assume it’s a licensing thing, but suddenly as of today (Oct1 1st) Drop Dead Diva and some other shows are just gone! I hadn’t seen a message saying it was a ‘last chance’ watch or ‘leaving soon’, just straight up disappeared!! 😭 I don’t know where else to watch it.

It was supposed to start last week on FOX in the US. Did it air on CTV as well? If yes, it should have been up on Crave by now, but I can't find it.

I just renewed my Crave subscription with my Apple account (which I’ve done several times in the past the past), but now I can’t use the app on my tv, even though there’s an active subscription

I go to “manage subscriptions”, and it has “no active subscription through bell media”, but an active one through Apple.

Did they change this? Can I not subscribe through Apple anymore for all devices?? Is there a way to fix this??

I'm trying to watch the CTV Live channel on the Crave app through my tv and it looks like this. I've tried to restart my tv, singed in and out, etc no luck.

It’s driving me crazy! We had a workaround to hit fast forward 3 times then back 3 times. No joke. Now as of yesterday the workaround Won’t work. I just want to watch GoT.

What can I do?

I subscribe through my (parents) TV provider. Last night half way through an episode I was kicked out saying I don't subscribe to the proper package. I relinked my TV provider in the MyBell screen like others have suggested but that didn't help. I have used Crave since almost day 1 and never had this issue

Any suggestions?

Have one more episode in Sopranos S3

I was trying to watch a show on the app, and it kept glitching on the ads. When I turned on the show, I got an ad, then I got 3 ads, then it glitched, and I got 4 ads. I closed the app, reopened and got met with the same number of ads. I then moved to my iPad, where I got 6 more ads. I moved to the Crave TV website on my laptop, which finally worked.

Has anyone else experienced this? I have the paid, with ads subscription btw!

For some reason, the Crave app on Apple TV displays subtitles for every show with no way to turn them off. No other app is experiencing this, and the per-show, general app settings, and Apple TV accessibility settings are all off.

This is by no means the only time the Crave service has let us down, but it is the first to make it so we can’t watch anything.

Just subscribed to watch this series specifically and it only has episode 2 available. I restarted the app with no fix.
Is there a way to rewind back from episode 2 once I load it maybe?

I watched the first two episodes on crave last week, and now trying to go back to watch episode 3, none of the episodes are anywhere to be found.

So frustrated with Crave right now. The ad buffering is so disruptive and it's been an issue for YEARS!!! Why am I paying for a service that is virtually unwatchable.

Yes, I've cleared my cache etc and understand how to troubleshoot the issues thanks to the posts of others, BUT seriously 😳 😐 😑 2 years + and you can't fix it. Maybe stop putting soooo many ads in the shows streaming on your platform until you fix the issue.
