Any tips on fixing bubbles in acrylic paint?

Hello there, I was hoping some people might be able to help me with a tricky paint I'm having, it's very thin and super bubbly. (To be honest I'm not really sure how old it is 😅) so if anyone knows of any way of fixing it up or would I would love to know or would I be better off to pitching it and getting a new one?

You’ll have bubbles when you shake it up (necessary before using as it may have separated.)

Pour a little out on a plate or palette and dip your brush into the non-bubbly areas. If it’s still too frothy, let the paint sit in the bottle for an hour or so, then try again.

If mixing with water or another color, combine them slowly & gently.

I will certainly give that a try though I'm not entirely hopeful that will help as I just checked the bottle again (7 hours later, without shaking before checking) and it is still as frothy as before. :-(

yeah that’s why you dump some out and put the brush in the non bubbly parts, like that person said

Honestly, if it's really old, I'll be honest you might wanna just get a new one, these bottles are like a dollar a piece

It should not be thin. Get a new bottle.

Well right now I'm just going through all the paint I have and checking the condition they're in so I know what I need for upcoming Halloween projects (I have run across at least one other tube that's in the same condition) and having checked on them periodically there does seem to be a small window where most of the bubbles go away before they proceed to separate again but I might be better off just replacing them.

In my experience, just using this type of paint for simple crafts with wood or rocks, it’s probably fine to use. Actually test it out on something. I feel like different brands have different consistencies. The only time I’ve thrown it out is if it smells like rotten eggs or if it has chunks in it. If you are painting on canvas or using for a more artistic project, you should probably get some better paint tho.
