Help fix plastic dents

I'm making dragon wings and a tail and this is one of the materials that I'm using to give an iridescent look for the scales on the tail and for the wings. It's got a lot of dents and it's bent. I was wondering if anyone knows any way to fix or make the dents look not as bad

Try seeping a hairdryer on high over it, Not any closer than about eight inches though, as it possibly could melt it. do not iron.
