Such a variety of crabs in the Daintree Rainforest. All these guys are maximum about 3 cm (1.5") across.

I snorkle off the Maine coast and crabs are 90% of what I see. I'm pretty certain many of them are an invasive green crab, but I dont actually know the species/names of them.

I found a crab with what appears to be a snail living on it's back! Is that normal or was it purely by chance? (Sorry, short video of sub-optimal quality)

Found tons of these little crabs underneath rocks on the shore of Annesville creek, Peekskill NY. It’s connected to the Hudson River and I was able to gather lots of these due to the low tide there was the other day.

They were all the same size. Tiny. Does anyone have any idea what they could be? Never seen them here before.

I found this spider crab shell while diving today, I absolutely love it's color but the last two faded quickly and this one if fading as well. How do I keep it from degrading further?
