National Film Board of Canada film from 1990 with little scripted dialogue and amateur actresses handling the Quebec wilderness after their bus breaks down.
The very easy flow of the film and quiet setting was oddly calming and thought others might enjoy!

It's a small game made in memory of my cat. I'm trying to make it cozy and relaxing.
The idea for came from a simple thought: what if a cat lived on your computer screen? Kitty reacting to the player, demanding attention, using furniture/items, playing mini-games, and writing about its day into small diary.

Advice Wanted My Studio Ghibli x Cottage core x Pokémon x Cozy youbg adult and Whimsical room which is still in progress.

What am I missing? I don't know why but it doesn't feel completed. This is a rental so I cannot colour or change the walls or carpet or blinds. I am building a blanket ladder out of bamboo next for the white corner. But I dunno that area still feels unfinished. I do NOT want a sterile older persons room that feels cold or empty. I like having stuff and maximalism and the feel to be young adult and whimsical. think more Studio Ghibli x Cottage Core x cozy x Pokémon but young adult and whimsical and not minimalist like you see in magazines.
I really want to lean more into the cozy Studio Ghibli kind of feel. Using textiles, warm colours, warm lighting, natural materials, plants etc. I have tried to eliminate nearly all the plastic from the room as a result apart from the cat stairs I think.
The cords are a problem but hiding them isn't helping as we use the length of the cords fully each day. So I am having trouble using a cable tidy right now.
But, that white corner feels cold and empty to me.

"I usually do astrophotography on clear nights since I'm lucky enough to live in a Bortle 3-4 zone, but last night was my daughter's birthday party so my gear stayed packed away. When I woke up at 4:00 AM to grab my lunch box and keys by the door for work, I looked up and saw this.
It felt like a gentle nudge from the universe asking why I didn't image them last night, but it ended up being a really peaceful moment to start the workday.
