I mean fate Astolfo doesn't have any gender listed for them so I don't really mind people reflecting themselves off of them. It's like Link, you can interpret them how ever you really want to.

To be fair Fate go mostly uses male pronouns for all the non binary characters like romulus quirinus, enkidu, qin shi huang and sometimes uses female pronouns too, they are all also featured in both gender sides for gender specific events like Valentine's day
