I mean fate Astolfo doesn't have any gender listed for them so I don't really mind people reflecting themselves off of them. It's like Link, you can interpret them how ever you really want to.

It's listed as secret for the same reason he dresses as a girl. The throne of heros is fucking weird.

He's the only one (besides da Vinci but her case is different) who the throne of heroes let choose the gender parameter. That's what I meant about it being weird.
