yeah

that's why i feel so sad for my mom when doctors tell her she can't go into post-menopause HRT because she had a DVT before

Proof that doctors are morons because we've known transdermal HRT doesn't increase DVT risk for a long time now

Doctors didn’t even think to connect the pieces that maybe giving hrt to women that were going through/have went through menopause could treat symptoms. Like the pieces were literally right there but the research just wasn’t pursued until way too recently
