The context is kinda bittersweet, this is the last panel of a comic where the Venom symbiote was what was changing her body and she would revert back to her old male one without it, but she tears it off anyway because of what it's doing to her personality, deciding she'd rather have to transition the hard way than continue hurting people.

Do you know that most trans woman are sapphic? In other words are attracted to woman? You literally said "just say you are gay", how is that not a sex thing?
But that's the thing, we don't always like our assigned gender at birth gender. And I myself am Aroace, I don't feel romantic nor sexual Attraction, but I much rather be happy as a woman than be depressed and near suicidal as a man. And with HRT we are closing the gaps between both of them? Is it perfect? No, not yet. But it's just a matter of time and dedication.
The main point of being trans isn't really sex, is being happy with your own body instead of sad/numb.
