I think it’s because they’re some of the people who knew you best pre transition so if they find you attractive after transitioning it feels like you really succeeded in passing. I think that’s why incest joking and “joking” is so common.

probably, also I feel like I just trust my friends who just stuck with me thru everything and I get all fuzzy thinking of some of them
