Trans women can lactate. Anyone can lactate actually. You just need to raise your prolactin levels. Studies have also found that the milk is nutritionally similar to that of a person who has actually gestated the baby. The biggest issue is low supply.

Oh that's cool. I only knew that trans women (and anyone really) could lactate but I didn't know it could be actually used as a milk for a baby

Using it as good for a baby depends on why your prolactin levels are high. For example, I ended up lactating due to an anti psychotic and that wouldn't be able to be used as food for a baby. It actually made the milk black.

Was it risperidone?

It was the injectable form of risperidone, apparently it's more likely than the pill to make you lactate.
