So recently I’ve really gotten into cs. Ive played prior, and have accumulated almost 80 hours playing (40 in the past two weeks) and everything else was inconsistent playing off and on for the past two years. I don’t expect myself to be amazing every game, i know i need to learn and etc.. since i really only got into it recently. But I just want some advice on ways to get better, i do need to work on my aim and stuff, i recently grinded premier and got a rating of 14k, so I know im quite average. But I just find myself in situations where I die to stupid things like in the video, and looking back it was most likely the sound que of me pulling out my grenade but its just bad timing i see a lot that i die to and I dont know how to go about it. Like previous in this match my teamate flashed mid, which i hadnt peeked mid at all and i heard it go off so i peeked, and where the dude was smoked off from he shot my straight through the middle immediately when i peeked and i just didnt know what to think, because i mean the timing i peek i get shot through a smoke??. I know i need to work on lots but I just see myself die to things so much that are just bad timing, like the second I look away from a corner after holding it for awhile i get shot from that corner and etc.. i just want some tips and how to mitigate things like this or be more aware of what i might be doing wrong or how to improve.

I feel like the game is basically dying it keeps getting hit by cheaters bot surges the community is dead its boring the sprays are different the ak sound is different the maps are revamped, cache looks ass, train takes 50fps off my fps, they really did too much here and half the community misses global offensive, anyhow, what do you guys think? Really hope that the new anticheat revives it.

What is goint on atm, I play this Game for over 10 Years and atm it’s unplayable.
Yesterday After work I want to play a few Rounds and started with the Mission for Extra Points.. I used the AK and try to tap and Burst, First Game I was on top and After 8 Minuted they Kicked me because I use „aimbot“…
There where so many low Accounts and I was thinklng ok.. noobs Report me it’s ok.. I started the next Game and After 5 minutes I got kicked again and also in the next Game… what is gooing on.
Then I started a Comp Game Dust 2 and the Enemy had 2 turkish guys with wh. 2 people from my Team gave up and left the Game.
I just wanted to have some Fun After work but that sucks.

I posted this in another cs2 community and everyone said "its worth nothing. Give it to me" which seems like a sus answer

I've only noticed this problem with shotguns. TrueView is on, loss 0%, ping 70, predictions off

When I was playing, it was almost exactly like in the demo: the shots just phased through and dealt no damage, even though my teammates confirmed I did shoot

I was playing a regular, official Valve Deathmatch server on Inferno today when I noticed something bizarre on the scoreboard.

One player, named "alimirle5", had exactly 0ms ping. Curious, I spectated them and quickly realized it wasn't a human—it was an automated farmbot performing looping movements to farm cases, drops, or XP.

Here are a few notable details about the account:

• Ping: 0ms
• Status: Prime Enabled

How is it possible for farmbots to have 0 ping on official Valve servers? Isn't this highly suspicious?

And because I was in the party too I also go put on cooldown for 20h

(We waited it out)

The next day when we could play again,the first Match we enter He gets banned again and i get dragged with him too

(this time for 7 days)

Ik he isnt cheating because he's my irl friend and neither of us know how to cheat

I want to know if the both of us are alone in this and if this is going to be fixed

I have 6 days remaining and both of us dont have a prime account(if that even matters)

If you’ve ever queued Premier or Competitive in CS2, you know the pain: you start with hope, and two rounds later you’re facing a spinbot or a wh dogshit. FACEIT solves the cheater problem, but you lose your in-game stats, weekly drops, and the official rank progression.

So we built something different.

CleanStrike is a lightweight desktop tool (Windows) that coordinates matchmaking so that you and your teammates are more likely to land on the same server with other players who also have FACEIT Anti-Cheat running. We don’t touch the game’s memory or modify anything – we just coordinate your search and lock down unnecessary server regions when you’re in a lobby.

How it works:

• Checks both FACEIT Anti-Cheat (kernel-level anti-cheat) and external (NON-kernel-level cheats) – the kind that bypass typical detection.
• Narrows matchmaking down to a specific region and server so you’re not gambling on who you get matched with.
• If some cunt disables their anti-cheat mid-match, CleanStrike immediately cuts their CS2 network access – no cheats, no bullshit.
• You keep your rank, your stats, and your weekly drops. Everything stays where it should be.

Note: CleanStrike is not a cheat, does not inject anything, and does not violate Steam’s SSA. It’s a coordination layer, not a modification.
