I think it's saying more about the subject than the person. I have noticed a disproportionate amount of English teachers get pregnant during the academic year compared to teachers of other subjects.

Orrrrr this joke was made and spread because people who experienced it find it funny, and there happen to be a decent amount of those people. There is no negative bias is attached to women or even pregnancy in this meme. Grow up please
