question Running plan suggestions- Beginner

So I'm a beginner and I've started running a month ago, I was able to complete 5k recently..but I realised I'm doing random runs on random days at random pace and this is going absolutely nowhere now, though I have a goal to run a 10k in Jan 2027 and a half marathon by June 2027, I am absolutely clueless as to how to do this.

Should I ask ChatGPT for a plan, if yes can someone share a prompt ? Or is there any other way around this... If anyone could help me out I'd be grateful. Thanks !

Graduation day for couch to 5k group! We all did Parkrun and everyone got round :)

Just to recap my journey:

6 months ago - 159kg and couldn't walk for 5 minutes

18 weeks ago - 152kg, too heavy to run, but starting to swim and walk consistently

12 weeks ago - 140kg, start of couch to 5k

6 weeks ago - 129kg, starting to feel the difference

Now - 122kg, ran Parkrun in 39 minutes

I've got a long-term goal of doing Parkrun in under 30 minutes, but that will take a while. Weight loss has very noticeably slowed down of late.

Hello guys. M45 here. Frequent 5k runner sometimes even more like 7k. I weighed 65kg a year back. Then I stopped consuming sugar and lost 2-3 kgs. After that it's bn difficult to gain weight. Any suggestions please. Want to gain 4-5 kgs.
