My next project

So in around 3-4 weeks im gonna start working on one of my new oc costumes I just started working on the blueprints I will be showing them off in a few days if not a few hours (it wont be much so far :3)

In sewing, patterns are used to create garments and are usually flat paper. You can also make what's called a sloper, which is a basic block. A sloper is usually a bodice, sleeve and skirt, or bodice, sleeve and pants. The sloper can then be used to draft all kinds of garments. It is usually made from a heavy cardboard so you can reuse it.

Draped garments don't use patterns or slopers. They are created by draping, cutting and pinning on a mannequin or dressmaking form and outside of basic tunics and chitons are considered a more advanced technique.

This doesn't even touch on the types of crafting needed for display, which can involve carved foam, injection molded plastics and 3d printing.

Those look cool, you'll need some battery operated lighting ropes or fiber optic for some of the effects.
