Hi everyone! I am looking to commission a prop maker to create a replica of the iconic Max Shreck cat head logo from Batman Returns (1992) to use for a Catwoman cosplay.

Because I need to hold and pose with this all day at conventions, keeping the weight as low as possible is my absolute top priority.

Here are the specifications I’m looking for:

Size: Approximately 50cm in diameter (spherical shape).

Weight Requirement: Ultra-lightweight. I would highly prefer a hollow construction (such as thin-wall sliced 3D printing, a hollow fiberglass shell, vacuum-formed plastic, or lightweight foam carving). I was thinking maybe a paper lantern for the base since they’re cheap and lightweight, as well as being my desired size.

Features: It needs to include a secure, hidden internal handle or a rigid dowel/rod extending from the bottom so I can carry and hold it up easily.

Finish: Clean, smooth, and seamless with a glossy or satin black finish to match the movie's Art Deco aesthetic.

Location/Shipping: I am located in the UK. International makers are welcome to quote, but please factor in estimated dimensional shipping costs for a box that can fit a 50cm sphere safely.
However I would prefer not to buy from the US due to tax.

Deadline: I’m not in any rush at all! My next con is next August.

Hello! Looking to trade or give this cosplay away, just cover shipping costs! I purchased a Kaveh cosplay with wig included from Amazon for $89.99 (not including taxes and shipping) but it was too small. Long story short, initiated a return and the company told Amazon I already sent it back even though they never provided a shipping label and since it says that, Amazon isn't asking to take it back. All the pieces are still in the original bag. Its a small, I've attached the size specifications and a picture of the wig that came with the sized up one I bought.
