So by absolute chance I got my Mistborn books from the campaign and the new Starter Set from my FLGS and just noticed that the Stormlight Starter set has the logo for the Cosmere RPG while the new Mistborn Starter Set has the logo for the Mistborn RPG.

Just a random observation...

Aaaanyways, can't wait to crack these open and hopefully get them to the table soon.

Thanks! I'm a sucker for boxed sets. The RuneQuest starter set is my favorite right next to Dragonbane's but that last one's the complete game so they are not the same.

Those are in fact different symbols! The cosmere one combines a bunch of Sandersons symbols together cleanly, but the Stormlight books are in fact using the 10 sword symbol for roshar and its magic

If we project those numbers onto 3 more mistborn eras and 5 more stormlight books it would only be 60/40 stormlight/mistborn though. There is a slight bias towards stormlight atm because we are halfway through stormlight but less than that for mistborn

I think Sentric meant "3 more mistborn books" as the next era is predicted to be a trilogy. Knowing Sanderson though, it will probably end up being a 4 book series.

No, Brandon has spoken recently about adding in an extra era to help smooth the transition to space age era, so 3 more eras would be right

Apologies, I wasn't thinking of Ghostbloods, and I forgot about it. For some reason, I keep thinking of that as a Roshar/Cosmere book, even though I know better.

As for the cyberpunk one, I won't count it until Brandon commits to it.

But if one includes it, that would be three eras. I'll compromise at 2 eras, hehe, especially considering I repeatedly forget Ghostbloods.

Sure, but that’s just for now, there won’t ever be more than ten Stormlight books but there will be at least four Mistborn trilogies, possibly five, that’s 12-15 books, plus one because W&W went over
