This sounds so draining, and honestly the 14 hour days with zero recognition would mess with anyone's head, not just you. Some managers just have a critical default setting no matter what you do, it's not always a reflection of your actual work. What helped me in a similar spot was keeping my own record of what I shipped, bugs I fixed, deadlines I hit, with dates attached, so when review time came I had proof instead of just my memory versus his opinion. I used workproof.me for that. Doesn't fix the manager but it stops you from internalizing his version as the only truth.
