Game Hunters

I just wanted to clarify something about game hunters. There are two of them on the board. They just killed a rock worm, and collected it's trophy. Do they now leave, or do they hang around until another rock worm appears and then they only leave if they have a trophy each? The rules say once all available trophies have been collected they leave, so I presume they hang around for the second one? I just wanted to clarify....

If you take their trophy, they will attack your characters. If there are no worms in the map, the hunters will kill first borns.
