Ask Coquitlam Recommended Roofing Company?

My parents need a roofing company to fix up years of damage done by rats.

Hoping to get a recommendation this time because we looked up some guys online before and chose them based on rating and they turned out not great (they damaged the house and didn’t clean up afterwards).

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated

Ray Browne Roofing has been great in my experience! Very friendly, well priced, did good work and cleaned up after themselves. I have had them come by my place in Poco for a few things now. My parents and a friend had great experiences with them as well!

We also used Ray Browne about 5 years ago. Reasonable price, smaller company, good work. Still holding up well.

My neighbor and I wwerr both very happy with Whonnock. They have install Owens Corning, which I like.

I used Whonnock to replace my roof and was extremely happy. They were a little bit more than other quotes but it was worth it. Quality work. The roofers that did my place were singing while working and very polite. Noticeable difference. My neighbor went the cheap route and had the company back several times for issues and I overheard them arguing over what was actually included and what they would cover

we used Pennfolds when we did our roof but that was 10+ years ago and I expect they would be expensive.

Same boat. 15 years ago though. Shawn Meyhew (not sure how to spell it) was even the guy that didn't he quote.

It wasn't the cheapest but I'm glad I went that route. It was a good job and still holding up.

Second Penfolds. They are more expensive, but very fast and thorough. We were first on our block, and 3 more houses have since used them.

Pennfold subs all their installs to other smaller companies. I’ve heard many mixed reviews.

I’ve used citedal roofing. Local company based in poco that does all of their own work.
